Whew……Its getting warmer in the California Desert and the Crowd is thinning out.  We in Real Estate want to thank our Canadian Friends for making this such a great Season..But if you are still thinking of Purchsasing that Second Home and didn,t quite find “The One Special Property”…..Not to worry..We still have LOTS of Inventory in Indio,La Quinta, Indian Wells and all points West of Here ..(I live and work in La Quinta)..In fact, the late Spring and Summer is a wonderful time to negotiate that “Better” Deal as Sellers often are anxious to unload Properties that they didn,t Sell in Season…And by the way, as much as you have heard about how Hot it get here in the Summer…the Positive side is the Pools are heavanly at Night..the Golf Courses are practically empty..even in the early am…and every Restaurant in Town will more than likely have a “Happy Hour”..Since I am a full-time Agent living here , I will be happy to get out of my Pool and send you some Properties to browse thru at your Leisure…Strike while your Dollar is Hot..!!
